When will my meter be replaced/repaired?
Reply: We will replace or repair your meter as quickly as possible, but there may be a waiting time. You will receive a letter from us before we visit. During the time without a meter, your consumption will be calculated on the basis of the radiator location, the consumption in previous years and the number of degree days, so that you are billed correctly.
