When will I receive my heating bill?
Reply: According to the Danish Rent Act, you must receive your heating bill four months after your property’s accounting date (the accounting date is the time when the accounting period ends and it is determined on the basis of the heating station’s settlement period in agreement with the administrator). In properties with collective heating supply (district heating and natural gas), the landlord must circulate the accounts no later than three months after receiving the final accounts from the heating station.
