Can I ask questions or complain about the accounts?
Reply: If you have questions about your consumption accounts or wish to complain, you should contact the landlord or owner/administrator. According to the Danish rent act legislation, complaints about the consumption accounts must be submitted in writing. You also have to state which part(s) of the accounts you cannot approve.
The complaint deadline is six weeks after the date when you receive the consumption accounts and your complaint must be submitted to the owner/administrator (landlord) of the property. The administrator will then forward the complaint to Brunata, if you wish to hear our comments.
