Fixed tap shares
Why do I have to pay fixed tap shares?
Reply: When you pay tap shares, you contribute to covering the cost of heating the water circulating in the radiator pipes. The cost has to be shared between the users and it is paid as a basic fee. For hot water, the basic fee is calculated on the basis of the number and nature of the hot water taps in the flat:
1 share per hand basin
2 shares per shower
3 shares per kitchen tap
3 shares per bath tub (including shower if applicable)
