Complaints

If residents have questions about their consumption accounts or wish to complain, please note that pursuant to the Danish Rent Act a complaint about consumption accounts must be made in writing. It must also specify which parts of the accounts the resident contests.

The complaint deadline is six weeks after the date when the resident receives the consumption accounts. As stated on the consumption accounts page with additional information, the complaint must be submitted to the owner/administrator (landlord) of the property, who will then forward it to Brunata.

Our employees in  Equal Treatment and Complaints are very experienced in replying to questions about measuring and consumption in a simple, understandable way.
