Deputy Chairman Christian Mariager (elected in 2015)

Christian Mariager (born 1961) has an MBA from Columbia University. He joins the Board of Brunata with 24 years of experience as senior partner in McKinsey & Company, where he was responsible for the firm’s Consumer Practice in New York from 2002 until 2012. He has since held the position of CEO of Flying Tiger Copenhagen, and is now partner in the private equity firm L Catterton. Christian Mariager has several years of board experience from Matas, Løgismose Meyers, Imerco, M. Goldschmidt Holding A/S, NDI/Superdæk (deputy chairman) and Comitel A/S (chairman). 

Fei Chen (elected in 2013)
Fei Chen (born 1964) is Vice President for New Business R&D at Haldor Topsøe. She is a chemical engineer (PhD) and joins the Board of Brunata with 12 years of international management experience from, among others, Grundfos, Coloplast, Novozymes and Foss Analytical as well as strong competences within strategy, innovation and development of technology-based companies. Keld Sørensen (elected in 2013)
Keld Sørensen (born 1956) is CFO for Flügger A/S. From 2000-2015 he was executive vice president of COWI Holding A/S. He had direct responsibility for finance, IT, M&A, purchasing and facilities, following a period as Group Finance Director of H Lundbeck A/S. He holds a MA (Political Science) and a BCom (Informatics and Financial Management) and started his career with Danske Bank and later Unisys. Keld Sørensen joins the Board of Brunata with extensive international experience within financial and risk management, financing and global management. Other honorary offices:

Michael Brock (elected in 2013)
Michael Brock (born 1954) is Master of Science in Engineering from DTU and holds today a number of directorships in the clean- and med-tech companies and is also independent business consultant. He was previously director of such Brüel & Kjær and CEO in GN Otometrics A / S and BK Medical A / S - all leading global companies. Michael Brock brings to Brunata’s Board of Directors  a broad and international experience in technical development , production, marketing and sales and business development. Other positions:

Ole Øland Hansen (since 2015)
Employee elected - district manager District South.

Ole Øland Hansen (born 1966) trained in the retail industry. He has previously worked as business manager of a large shop. Ole Øland Hansen was employed at Brunata eight years ago as a service technician. Two years later he was promoted to Technical Coordinator and made responsible for the installation of meters in Region South. In 2013, he became District Manager for the region.

Steen Holmberg (since 2015)
Employee elected - product specialist.

Steen Holmberg (born 1973) trained at Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College. After graduation, Steen Holmberg worked for the computer production company Expertype Data, followed by a year at Panasonic, where he was responsible for stock administration. He was employed at Brunata 18 years ago as a warehouse man, later becoming a service technician. Today, Steen Holmberg is among other things responsible for starting up Brunata Academy and providing technical support and training abroad.

Per Eriksson (since 2015)
Employee elected - account technician.

Per Eriksson (born 1974) trained as a radio mechanic at Fona. After spending five years in the army, he worked in the production of industrial fuses for trains and planes. He has worked at Brunata for the past nine years – the first eight or so as a service technician. Today, Per Eriksson is account technician for Zealand and the Islands.
